In the span of one year, Natalie Stone walked away from a lucrative career in the auto industry to follow her dream of becoming an actress, a Reality TV celebrity, and a business-owner. With a degree from Philadelphia's Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College and a background in the hotel business, this mother of three used her culinary talent and business savvy to create Bella’s Biscotti and to land a spot as a lead chef on Bravo network’s Rocco's Dinner Partywith renowned Chef Rocco DiSpirito. Natalie has since appeared in HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, Tony and Tina’s Wedding, Borrowed Happiness, and Dreamquest Productions award winning The Red Corvette. Bella’s Biscotti, named after Natalie’s daughter, are “authentic Italian cookies made with love!” There are many flavors from which to choose, including the newest Cento-inspired flavor, Anise Orange Pine Nut. Handmade, twice baked, crunchy and delicious, Bella’s Biscotti were inspired through years spent by Grandmom's side in the kitchen and perfected by her favorite little sidekick. Ramona Fasula is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and owner of a company called Wellness by Ramona. She teaches clients the link between nutrition and wellness. Her focus is on disease management and prevention through nutritional counseling, healthy cooking classes, meal planning, and pantry makeovers. She gives clients the motivation and empowerment to reach their health goals and move towards a truly healthy lifestyle.

Matthew is an Executive Chef at Maggiano's Little Italy. Before Maggiano’s Little Italy, he worked for The Merion in Cinnaminson, NJ. He learned how to cook there when he was only 6 years old when his dad would bring him to work. He went to the University of Delaware for Computer Engineering, but in the end he decided to pursue a career in the restaurant industry just like his dad and grandfather.

Chef Ninamarie Bojekian has a degree in Anthropology from Pace University and was trained as a chef at the French Culinary Institute for Classic Culinary Arts. Her Greek and Armenian background combined with classic French training, and her experiences working in top NYC restaurants made Ninamarie a popular private chef. An increase in demand for her cuisine led Ninamarie to launch Ooh La La Catering in 2008. Ninamarie has enjoyed catering for many different palates around the NY & NJ metropolitan area.
