Chick Pea Hummus

1 can Cento Chick Peas (19 oz)
2 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Pinch of fresh parsley, chopped


Drain and rinse chick peas. Combine all ingredients in a blender; mix until smooth. Top with parsley and use as sandwich spread or vegetable dip. Serves 4-6.
