|Organic Marinara Sauce|
5 tbsp Bellino Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
1 can Cento Certified Organic San Marzano Tomatoes (28 oz)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 fresh basil leaves
1 Cento Whole Hot Chili Pepper, chopped, optional
1 oz red or white organic table wine, optional
Cover bottom of large sauce pan with oil. Add garlic and chili pepper. Heat until lightly browned. Add tomatoes; mix well. Season with organic wine, parsley, and basil; boil for 5 minutes and simmer for 15 additional minutes. Serve over your favorite Anna Pasta. Serves 6.
