8 oz Pizza Dough Ball
1 can Cento Certified San Marzano Tomatoes (28 oz), hand-crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Cento Ground Black Pepper
4 oz fresh sliced mozzarella
Fresh basil leaves
Cento Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Prepare pizza dough according to Chef Cento's Pizza Dough recipe. Preheat oven to 400°. Roll out dough to desired size and thickness; transfer to pizza pan, stone or screen. Season the San Marzano tomatoes with salt and pepper and spread evenly over dough. Evenly distribute mozzarella, then garnish pizza with fresh basil leaves. Finally, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pizza is cooked as desired. Serves 4.
