Cento tomatoes are picked fresh only when ripe and are peeled using an all-natural, environmentally-friendly steam peeling process that has been used in Italy for centuries. This allows us to provide your table with consistent quality, authentic tomato products. Cento Certified San Marzano Tomatoes are held to the highest of standards and monitored from seed to shelf to ensure superior quality.

Our Traceability Features

Find My Field

In support of our full transparency initiative and commitment to quality and safety, we created PAC Traceability for Find My Field, which brings traceability to a number of our tomato products. Using the lot code on each can and Google Earth, you can now view the field in the Sarnese Nocerino area of Italy where your tomatoes were grown. Each can is labeled with a lot code for its specific field to helps us ensure each and every crop is up to our standards.

Bottle to Branch continues our commitment to transparency and traceability. Each Cento 100% Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil bottle has a code. Using the lot code, you will be shown the grove where the olives were grown. We feel Bottle To Branch is the next step in providing full transparency to our extra virgin olive oils.
