You can find him on the stage of Bally's Casino at the Atlantic City Food Network - Food and Wine Festival as well as appearing on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen, Restaurant Stakeout and Rewrapped, Fox 29 Good Day, NBC, CMT, HLN and most recently in 2020, published articles on Today.com and The Vegetarian Times.

Scipione offers a heat and eat healthy meal delivery, in home private chef services and full service catering. His most recent venture is a carryout cafe located in Mount Laurel New Jersey. The cafe also offers private chef's table 5 course dinner parties for one party of 12.
