• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:

Start by heating olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Crush the Cento San Marzano tomatoes by hand or with a fork, then add them to the saucepan along with their juices. Stir in dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. While the sauce simmers, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
